Stock Terms
Due to constantly changing stock levels we cannot guarantee that your items will be in stock at the time of purchase.
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted with the nearest available delivery date. If our re-stocking time is not suitable for your needs you will be issued with a refund for the out of stock items.
We also sell unique items such as specific vintage cameras that may be displayed for sale simultaneously on our website, our eBay shop and our market stall. In the rare eventuality that there is a simultaneous online purchase of the same unique item from our two different websites before we have time to make the item unavailable, we will favour the first transaction logged and immediately issue a refund to the second. Should the item be purchased physically from our market stall at the same time as your online purchase of that same item, you will of course immediately be issued with a refund. Whilst we strive to avoid such situations by careful control of our stock, we cannot guarantee they will never occur.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: 
We accept payments by Credit and Debit Card or Paypal.

PAYPAL:  you need a valid Paypal account. You will be able to create one easily by clicking on the logo below (it will open a new tab and take you to the secure Paypal website).
RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
If you wish to cancel your order after having received the goods, whether you are not satisfied with the goods, you simply change your mind or wish to exchange them, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014 gives you the right to return your goods and cancel an order. We will offer you a full refund or an exchange. 
Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. 
If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14-day period runs from when you get the last of the batch.
This 14-day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back.
To initiate a return, simply contact us by email or by phone. Although you do not have to, it does help us if you state your reason for requesting a return/refund, even if it is just a change of mind. We don't mind!
Your right to a refund:
You should get a refund within 14 days of us getting the goods back.
Please note: A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.
The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.
Refunding the cost of delivery
In line with the regulations, we will refund the basic delivery cost of getting the goods to you in the first place, so if you opted for enhanced service eg guaranteed next day, we only have to refund the basic cost.
Exemptions
There are some circumstances where the Consumer Contracts Regulations won’t give you a right to cancel.
Items such as film packets if you've broken the seal on the wrapping or goods such as chemicals with a seal for health protection and hygiene reasons that's been broken.Also included are goods that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

The rate might be different from PayPal or your bank, so it is only given as a reference.

VAT:
We are currently not VAT registered, so our prices do not include VAT. 
Until such time as we become VAT registered, we cannot issue you with a VAT invoice and you will not be able to reclaim any VAT from purchases made from us. 
As a non-VAT registered business, we pay 20% VAT on all our goods and cannot claim this back. 
Consequently, this amount is included in the price of items sold on our site, but cannot be declared or reclaimed as VAT.
